Screen printing

Screen printing is the process of transferring a developed stencil onto a selected flat surface using ink, a mesh screen and a squeegee. The most common surfaces used in screen printing are paper and fabric, so patterns can be developed on, for example, mouse pads.

The most basic method of screen printing involves making a stencil on a mesh screen. You then push ink or paint through this stencil to create an imprint of your design on the surface of the chosen material. One of the most interchangeable factors associated with this process is the different stencil techniques that can be used. So, while the actual printing process remains largely the same, there are many ways to create a stencil. Any design created by screen printing can use multiple shades of ink.

If you want a pad to be made using a particular technique, select the model you are interested in and send us your visualization!
