Data Protection

  1. The personal data controller is ANITA MAKARSKA-GURGACZ, Tax ID: PL 7122860322, ul. Zbożowa 40, 20-827 Lublin. Contact with the controller regarding personal data protection matters is possible via email: shop@mousepad24.eu or in writing to the controller’s registered address indicated above.
  2. The entity using the services of the site (i.e. the Customer) consents to the processing by the Administrator of personal data provided by the Customer when placing an order, in the process of using mousepad24.eu (i.e. the Store).
  3. Provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary, however, lack of consent to the processing of personal data by the Administrator will make it impossible to provide services electronically and for the Customer to make purchases in the Store.
  4. The processing of the Customer’s personal data allows the Administrator to provide services such as maintaining your account, processing orders, contact related to the execution of the contract, as well as sending marketing information (including newsletters).
  5. Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract and for a period in accordance with applicable regulations taking into account the statute of limitations for claims and tax liabilities.
  6. The Customer has the right to access his/her personal data and to request its correction or deletion. Personal data can be corrected or deleted by logging into the Customer’s account or by reporting it to the Seller at e-mail address: shop@mousepad24.eu.
  7. Provision of personal data by the Customer, in connection with the posting of opinions or reviews of Products in the Store or social networks, implies consent to the release of such data to an unlimited circle of persons.
  8. The customer declares that the personal data provided by him is the customer’s data.
  9. The Administrator, through the Store and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following specified personal data of Users provided during the processes of registration, placing orders in the Store, using the online communicator available in the Store:
    1. name
    2. payment and delivery address
    3. phone number
    4. email address
  10. To enable Users to make payments for orders, the Controller cooperates with external partners handling electronic payments. In connection with this, Users’ personal data (such as first and last name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number, and data regarding payments and transaction history) may be transferred to these partners to the extent necessary for payment processing.

    Payment processing partners may process Users’ personal data in an automated manner, including using profiling, for the purpose of:

    • verifying the User’s identity,

    • preventing abuse and fraud,

    • assessing transaction risk,

    • ensuring the security of payment services.

    Profiling may lead to automated decision-making, such as refusing to process a payment or requiring additional identity verification.   11. The Administrator undertakes to use its best efforts to maintain proper security of the Customer’s personal data
  12. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
